Return/Exchange & Refunds Policy
Thank you for your purchase! We want to make sure you are fully informed and satisfied with your purchase. We kindly ask that you take a moment to review our policies regarding product returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Return Policy:You may return unopened products (or items with a reasonable amount of unused product) in their original packaging for a refund within 60 days from the date the order was placed. Only unopened or minimally used items in their original packaging may be returned for a refund. If you have any questions about whether your opened product qualifies for a return or refund, please contact a customer service representative at info@ocbd.shop and we'll be happy to assist you.
Return Processing: To return a product, please CLICK HERE provided and submit a return merchandise authorization (RMA) request. If the item is damaged or defective, we may ask you to email us pictures of the merchandise before issuing an RMA number. Also, please make sure to return all items included in the promotion (such as free gifts) for returns of promotional items. If you do not return the promotional item that was included in the original transaction, we will deduct its value from the refund amount, excluding shipping charges. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping charges for non-defective returns, and unfortunately, we are unable to refund these charges.
Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, the problem must be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery to receive a replacement item. We will only replace defective or damaged items, and exchanges will only be made for the exact item purchased, unless the item is no longer available. If a defective item is returned and shows signs of having been dropped or physically damaged, which is determined to be the cause of the defect, a 25% restocking fee will be applied.
Exchange Policy: You may be able to expedite an exchange by placing a new order and returning the unwanted merchandise. To expedite the exchange, please place the new order and send the new invoice number to the customer service representative assigned to your original claim. The new order will be at your expense, and once the unwanted item(s) have been returned to us, we will refund you for the item(s) (excluding shipping charges). Please check with your customer service representative before placing your new order.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND:
Contact us via the Contact Us page by CLICK HERE to verify that your item is available for return before taking any further steps. Our assigned agent will contact you with details on the next step.
Repackage the item, including all original parts, packing materials, instructions, etc. Within reason, this means that everything must be returned exactly as it was sent to you. Inadequate repackaging or returning items damaged after receipt may result in your return being refused and loss of any refund or replacement. Items returned must be unused and undamaged to qualify for a refund. Do not return items in a regular envelope; this is not adequate packaging and may cause items to be lost in the mail or damaged in transit. Padded envelopes or boxes are required and are provided free of charge by the USPS when sending Flat Rate Priority Mail.
Include a copy of the original packing slip in the package and indicate whether you would like a refund or a replacement.
For defective returns, you will receive a prepaid return label. For non-defective returns, you must return the package to the address provided by our representative via email.
If you are eligible for a refund, it will be issued when the returned item is received in satisfactory condition.
Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days of receipt and will be applied directly to the payment method used to make the purchase.
Please be advised that usually refunds can take up to 5 business days to completely process after the refund has been initiated. Refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment for the corresponding order.
